Installing the adaptor plates.

click to enlarge Remove the manifold studs. Flip the spacer over, and cap the pcv port. The throttle body has a port for pcv.	click to enlarge Bolt the bottom plate to the manifold with metric cap screws.

Installing and plumbing the fuel system.

install the fuel pump on the frame, below the tank.	Fuel filter. install between pump and throttle body
click to enlarge If your vehicle has no return line, "tee" into the filler neck vent.	In and return on the throttlebody.

Installing the throttle cable

click to enlarge Drill and tap the throttle body Use the throttle cable bracket to locate holes. Tap: 10-24 Drill:25	click to enlarge Install the throttle cable bracket. Loop the cable end and crimp on a sleeve.
